Who Does Outreach help?

Thermal Belt Outreach concentrates on assisting people in emergency and crisis situations.

How often can people use your services?

It is important to Outreach - and the individual receiving
assistance - that he/she utilizes our help only during     times of crisis.

Are Outreach services free?

Each person assisted is expected to pay a small portion of the bill for which they are seeking help.

Do clients receive money directly?

No funds are given directly to clients.  Services are provided through payments to vendors or from our Food Pantry or MedAssist program.

Is Outreach part of a church or denomination?

No. outreach is an independent nonprofit organization.  Although we partner closely with many of the churches in Polk County, we have no affiliation with them.  We have our own board of directors and are an independent agency.
