Thermal Belt Outreach concentrates on helping people in crisis
situations. Each
client is treated with understanding and compassion.
Outreach offers a comprehensive range of programs and services that help families and individuals through difficult times. Here are some:

Distributes Duke Power's Share the Warmth/Cooling Assistance Program

Assists in getting prescription drugs for the uninsured through our MedAssist program
