Thermal Belt OUTREACH is an independent nonprofit organization.  It receives no local, state or federal funds for its ongoing operations. Its budget and services are determined by the donations it receives through individuals, organizations, businesses, churches and granting agencies. (see our fund raising thermometer)

OUTREACH receives wide community support and recognition.  Many of our clients come to us because someone in the community has told them that we can help.

Each year more than 4,000 individuals receive supportive services and counseling from OUTREACH.
