The mission
of Thermal Belt Outreach is to provide the structure and opportunity
for a compassionate community partnership of churches, agencies and
individuals that identifies critical needs of people in our community
and ministers to the immediate needs of families and individuals with
dignity, encouraging independence and enhanced quality of life.
